This space is a large, 38’ X 56’ high ceilinged venue, fully on grade accessible from the spacious, convenient parking lot. A reception area, three washrooms, available smaller rooms and a full inspected kitchen render this a very versatile hall.

Suitable for between eighteen and 200 people the hall can be configured in theater style for meetings or presentations, a scattering of tables and chairs for a party or reception, or set up for a full, catered dinner.

AV is available as well as all furnishings. A large, pull down screen as well as big bright windows and sound baffling are part of the offer.
Catering may be negotiated with our volunteers or most outside caterers are welcome.

• Liability insurance can be provided by you or arranged by us for $40 + HST annually.
• Catering may be negotiated with St Anne’s or you may use your own licensed caterer.
• A bar is permitted but the tenant must obtain the permit. The hall is acceptable to the LCBO. If a bar is offered, you must arrange your own liability insurance.
