A comfortable area, air conditioned in the summer, and warm and cozy in the winter the upper room is suitable for meetings or events of from half a dozen to eighteen people. Brightly lit by several windows this is a cheerful space to host an event. The main room is 13’ X 21’ with a large alcove to the side.

• Coffee and cold drink bar as well as a frig are in the venue.
• A catered lunch can be arranged or bring in your own treats.
• A video screen is on the end wall.
• Comfortable seating for adults or small children is available and can be configured to accommodate your event.
• The ample washroom facilities include Ladies’, gentleman’s and a large family washroom.

Note that the area is only accessible by stairs.

COSTS

• $75 for any period of up to six hours.
• $100 for a full day.
• $25 for an add on evening.
• Liability insurance can be provided by you or arranged by us for $40 + HST annually.
